Policies Regarding Appointments & Cancellations

Since we strive to provide the highest level of personal service to our clients, no-shows and cancellations impact us significantly. Therefore, the full fee will be charged for missed appointments and a 50% fee for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your appointment.
